Miguel Cotto. For Hatton being the "fierce body puncher who will crack Mayweather's ribs with one punch!", he sure didn't look like it.

It is a close call. Hatton's technique is as good, but Cotto hit with more power so he's my choice.

Given how well he has adapted to welterweight I think Cotto is better now but a few years ago it was Hatton.
