exactly and plus for natural weights fighters is almost impossible to KO a guy that is fighting 2 divisions down his own weight is a very tough decision.

Whenever that happens, it means that a fighter had a difficult time losing the weight becuz they didnt train properly. Everyones saying that Quintana is a top 3 WW, Williams got exposed, and its all bull****. Lets not overhype the situation. Williams did not take the fight seriously, overlooked his opponent, and paid dearly for it. As a result he lost. Its not the first time this has happened in boxing. Any true student of the sport will know this. But to completely ostracize a fighter cuz he lost to an underdog is just foolish. I doubt Quintana will take the rematch. He'll probably go for the most lucrative bout possible while he has the championship title as his bargaining chip. BUT if he does fight Williams again, you will definately see the end of the Quintana bandwagon. I just came this forum, and already Ive seen the issues that past members who came and left this forum have encountered. Its like most of you are 13 year old white boys whos first boxing match was viewed in 2004. Quintana wins and now hes a God. But let Quintana fight Carlos Baldomir and lose and youll all start saying Baldomir can beat Mayweather in a rematch, hes the best, blah blah blah. Lets not get overzealous: Quintana fought a great fight and won. That win was facillitated by Williams lack of focus and training. The only thing Williams consistently said after the fight was that he could never get into the fight. Well, its hard to get into a fight on fight night when you werent in it before. Rematch though, and you'll see Williams right back at the level he was at prior to the loss. Quintana is no more the truth than Rahman, Griffin, Raheem or Corrie Sanders were. This is just my 2 cents. I know boxing.
I'm afraid you don't know boxing. It is true that quintana isn't that much of a skilled fighter cuz he has 0 defense but that just makes Williams that much worse. Williams has no defense and you don't need to prepare 3 months for that. williams has sluggish defense and is winning ONLY because of his height advantage and punching without getting hit until now. Williams has nothing else other than his height and reach advantage over other fighters. and I've never been a real fan of his. I knew that mayweather would easily beat williams and now everyone could see how dominant mayweather really is. Williams would get destroyed in the super middleweight and light heavyweight division where he really belongs.

sounds like it could have a lot do with his lackluster performance
