But last time I check...,

1) Tony doesn't have a belt on his waist at the moment.
2) Mosley and Judah have better fights and resume.
3) Paul Williams convincingly beated him.
4) He survived Clottey due to injury.
5) Quintana is arguably better position right now.
6) He could not beat SANTOS in 2 CHANCES HE HAD.
7) There is another WW Mexican better than him named Oscar.


Tony is a bad mother****er who will fight anyone not named Paul Williams. (PW had to work his way up to get a mando fight after calling Tony's name out publicly). But been a tough mother****er doesn't mean you are TOP 3 in WWs. And before you respond attacking Kermit (only thing Marg's groupies do all the time), double check on who are my top 3.

Shane Mosley may be getting older and has lost a close decision to Cotto, but he's still better than Margarito, Clottey, Cintron and Quintana IMO.

Margarito/Cintron/Quintana/Mosley are really all tied for 3. It's difficult to know with certainty who's best of the bunch. By virtue of who beat who, Quintana would be tops in the group or atleast tied with Mosley but "who beats who" isn't a perfect science.
