Did Mosley Hurt Cotto At Any Point?

YUP! I was there live at the Garden, and just like you said, Mosely tagged Cotto, though he absorbed much of it with his glove, it was a huge right hand, non the less. As Cotto backed up, the ref did intervein, and the fighters were seperated, giving Cotto much recovery time. As Mosely's corner wiped up the excess water, you can see that Cotto got ****** pretty hard. Yo, I give that boy props though, alot of dude would've hit the canvas!Comment

No he was never hurt. He had a cut in his mouth though that affected him mentally. Cotto outclassed Mosley. And his defense was prettty good. Only thing Mosley landed was scarpping over hand shots that hit mostly gloves before it went to the side of his head.Comment

I agree that Mosley never landed an accurate damaging shot.Comment

Cotto was never hurt. You're listening commentators to much. Cotto was exhausted. Never hurt, and if he was, he hid it really good.Comment

Yes, you clearly know better than Emanuel Steward, Jim Lampley, and the legendary Max Kellerman. Your 24" TV is better than their ropeside seats.Comment

in my opinion, that poll is ridiculous. I mean how are we, as spectators, going to say how many times Mosley hurt Cotto? For all we know, he could have hurt Cotto a hundred times. Just because we don't see a punch land cleanly, doesn't mean it doesn't hurt. It's a fight, and it didn't end in the first round so of course he got hurt.
