* Easier to make weight.
* He will have more strength.
* The division is crap, easy to take over.
* He is still the biggest in the division.
* No one there has the style to beat him (Except Forest maybe).

Reasons not to...

* All the big money fights are @147.
* He can fight Quintana in a rematch (avenge his loss).
* Holds more of a height and reach advantage there.
