But your bull**** aside- I can see if you were saying that he's overrated (that case can be made for any fighter in history), but when you say that he's a NOBODY? Then you're showing your true colors. You're flailing in this debate, kid. First you say that a KO victory means **** all... and then you discredit Harris by citing the Maussa loss? And THEN.. you say it was 'sarcasm'.. LOL. Come on, kid.
You'll have to show me where I said a KO victory means NOTHING.. can you read?? I said people put too much stock IN ONE VICTORY.. especially if it's a KO... when Witter beats a string of top fighters (4-6) in a row... then we can talk.. right now he has done **** all..

Haha... I made no bets on Paul Williams. Check any post to see where I even made an encouraging remark. Once again: You're flailing for some sort of leverage in this debate. You took the best bet finding the exit, though. See ya, kid.

You said that no stock should be put in a KO victory, and afterwards you cited Maussa's KO victory over Harris. Whats so confusing about that? You use double standards for when the standard helps your argument.

LMAO.. You're a ****ing clown. Go leave like you promised us.

Does that mean Carlos Maussa was "doing something" right too???

is that why when Williams beat Margarito.. he was the P4P #2???

people put WAY too much stock in 1 win... Especialy if it was by KO... It's only one win though isn't it??
Harris, as the Maussa fight showed.. has a problem of leaving his mouth unclenched when he gets hit.. It is just asking to be KO'd.. Harris also has a serious problem focusing for 3 whole minutes a round..
The Harris win is something for Junior to BUILD on... Not a Free pass to P4P status..

I have been re watching some of witters post judah fights and he is amazingly skilled and powerful, He is very underrated by some and I think he would give hatton real problems. Witter has slowly worked his way to the top by winning british commonwealth and European title's and had 15 straight devastating knockouts. The win over Harris was a good win, the problem for witter is he is to good and no one wants to fight him, he has always been in with the best opponents he could possibly get and is now trying his hand over in America. Witter probably only has about 1-2 years left of his prime I hope some of the other title holders will give him a fight before he gets old.

I agree, I think he has done more at 140 than any guy at the top, Hatton only had one win which people put so much stock into.

Since then he has beaten mediocre level of opposition at 140, Witter has done things the harder way by going through the british, commonwealth and eorupean titles, He even fought at the european level too much because he couldnt get a fight and too much domestic fights which he couldnt get up for in fights like the colin lynes one, I hope the gets a good fight soon because he needs the exposure but as we have seen like in the case of Paul williams the pressure to perform and impress comes with it as well.

I dont know why fighters take fights at short notice. alot of people say in boxing if you get offered a big fight you should take it because you dont know when the next one will come along.

Fine, if you are a journeyman, but if you are an unbeaten pro like Witter was you just set your career back 3 years. Witter will always be remembered for his loss to Judah.

He would be much further along now than he is if he had not have taken the Judah fight.

Witter beats Hatton and Khan. Khan could beat Hatton in a year or so in my opinion.

Thats because Frank warren was Witter's promoter at the time, Instead of Putting hatton in there with Judah at a 9 days notice he figure that would be too much for the then dangerous Judah, So he use Witter as the pawn..Witter said he did it for the payday.
