Williams average opponent has 14 wins 9 losses
Hattons average opponent has 22 wins 8 losses.

Neither has faced great opposition but Hatton has been in harder.

Hatton vs Williams at 140, now that's the question.

Ricky has proven twice that he has no business at 147.

I dont care what there average opponent statistics says, You must be crazy if you think Hatton would even be competitive at 147 against a guy like Williams, It either you're too in love with Hatton, Blinded like steve Wonder or just misguided, At 140 i might not even argue but at 147 against WILLIAMS??? Margarito who we could all say his definitely better and stronger than Hatton at 147 couldnt put him away, He couldnt even go to the lng body of Williams and when he did Williams just took it and kept throwing loads of punches, Now you want to make a case for Hatton???

For once i agree with you, at 140 i might not argue because Williams making 140 will have an effect but at 147 where hatton has done badly on both occassion...i wouldnt even put anything on it.

              Big mis-match.
BTW Williams needs to stop being a ***** and step up in weight, until then, I don't have much to look forward to, regarding Williams of course.

Hatton got KTFO by Floyd, and was in serious trouble against the feather fisted Collazo. You expect him to last against Williams. Hatton struggles against many of the top welters. Let alone arguably a top 3 guy with a 7 inch height advantage and decent power. Oh yea and a good chin.

                  Thanks, I needed that.
