There is a difference between the term Inspired and the term motivated by something or somebody. Floyd does not motivate me to train, I can do that on my own. He inspires me to train. Get it?

Sugar Ray Leonard was inspired by M.Ali to become a boxer not motivated by him to become one. Big difference.

I think I explained my position very well. Lets see if you counter my post with another negative comment.

My apologies for the acerbic comment, I get annoyed with all the Floyd love sometimes, like he is a god. To me fighters make a living by training and exercising so for most of us who work all day and then train in our spare time takes alot of heart and dedication as well.

Cool. All I said was that he adds fuel to the fire. I would workout and play basketball as a tool to stay in shape either way with or without Floyd.

As a boxing fan, it's nice to see a gym rat having so much success as floyd is having and still enjoy himself eating doritos and enjoying his wealth.

And even though I'm not rich, I'm still enjoying myself sitting here online feeling good about myself physically and mentally, instead of the opposite, being obese and hating on professional athletes for their success.

Floyd Mayweather is a positive rolemodel inspiring boxing fans like myself to a healthy lifestyle. "Hard workd & Dedication" - those words stuck with me when working out, running the treadmill and doing crunches & situps pushing me to work harder which allows me to sit here right now online feeling good about myself.

How can you not like this guy unless you're a couch potato....

Mayweathers words in the mayweather hatton 24/7... "FIGHTERS NEVER QUIT" i say that to myself every time i want to give up. Though i dont like alot of the words that come out of floyds mouth... he is on top of his game and is working hard at ALL times.. i may not like floyd as a person.. but as a boxer... RESPECT
