I hear that the May 17th edition of 'BAD' could feature a pair of hard-hitting 154-pounders. James Kirkland would headline, and the names being mentioned for him are Carlos Baldomir, Travis Simms and Eromosele Albert. The red-hot Alfredo Angulo would open up, possibly against Andrey Tsurkan.

Please, no more Carlos Baldomir. He's not going to win a single round against a quality fighter. The only point is to see if he can be KO'd. That's not what I call quality boxing entertainment. HBO should have higher standards than that. It was bad enough having to watch him serve as Forrest's punching bag last year. Travis Sims would be a much more worthwhile opponent for Kirkland.
