If Pavlik wins all his fights this year (Taylor, Duddy, Abraham) He should definetly win Fighter of the Year this year.

He should have won it last year, and he will definetly win it this year if he goes undefeated...

If Pavlik beats Taylor he will have a good year. I don't see Duddy or Abraham beating Pavlik but they will test him.

Pavlik might get to fight Calzaghe or another big name like that this year because he has been busy in the past. 4 fights a year isn't an impossible schedule for Pavlik.

The Duddy fight is already confirmed and Abraham is fighting on the undercard (Abraham has also called out Pavlik) so, yeah it's all but official.

he's a tough Irish guy that's going to go into the ring to win and fight hard against Kelly Pavlik even though he may not be the #1 ranked contender in the world.

he can still fight Abraham or whoever, that is if Abraham will even go to the US and Duddy Pavlik sounds as good to me if not better than Pavlik Abraham. Yeah Abraham is more deserving but myself and alot of other people arn't familiar with him and dont know if that would be a great fight even though it should at some point happen in Pavlik stays at 160 to defend the title.

Pav has his schedule for the year lined up. Personally I don't see his bout with Jermain having any affect on his year, either way he faces Duddy and Ab.

Yeah I know who he is, I watched his fight with Eastman(Prollyhis biggest win).
I just dont think he should get a shot yet, I guess Pavlik will to move back down to 160 to fight him, on PPV prolly which is bull****. But I guess the money is right.
I heard King say Trinidad wouldnt mind to fight Pavlik at 166, that fight is the real option after hes done with Taylor.
