          hes borderline....

i dont know his entire career by heart... but it seems as though hes lost more bigger fights then win them...

          maybe hes even, 1:1 ratio....

I'd say yes. Unified Jr.Middle, Beat Mosley and Tito, beat good contenders (Soliman, Quartey, Mckart and others), and let's face it: beat Vargas.

I would say Taylor, but felt he had a draw against him. Could see it for either guy though. He lost to Hopkins. I haven't seen the Simon or the Vasquez fights.

I'd say yes, his wins over Mosley and Tito alone get him in.

You could easily argue that they were small though. I won't because I think Trinidad fit in at 160, even if he was smaller. The inactive thing kinda puts that thing down. And of course Tito was knocked out earlier in his career.

Also Mosley looked horrible at Jr.Middleweight (barely got pass Oscar and a no contest) and had been beaten by Vernon Forrest twice before the Oscar win.

Still, pretty good wins and he's damn good.

He is borderline. He has losses earlier in his career but has come on since the disputed Vargas fight. Mosley wins are good but i don't really care for Mosley cause i belive him to be the most overrated fighter of recent memory. His win against Tito was legit, his loss against hopkins was close and his draw with taylor was a win. He will be hall of fame because many other fighters with lesser records or victories have been selected ( Barry Mcguigan).
