As much as I hate to say it, because I really like Clinton, I think Tarver by decision is the most likely.

HOWEVER... Woods has got significantly better stamina. Though triangular logic means nothing in most cases, whenever he's fought Glen Johnson, Glen has only fought for ten rounds.
