I think Williams is a much harder fight for Floyd than Cotto would every be. Williams' style and height is all wrong for Mayweather.Comment

I'm convinced this guy is that writer scoop malinowski. Another poster here who frequents EBS told me this guy uses the same lines that Scoop uses in his Mayweather hate articles.juan, have u read your posts, and seen the complete, and utter bull**** u write? u must not , for even u can not possibly be such a complete moron! can u? find something else to do, we get it, u don't like floyd! really, we understand! so stop wasting the boards space trolling hate threads!

Agreed. Williams doesn't really fight like the tall fighter that he is and is still beatable right now. Once he does and if he can still make 147 he's gonna be a lot of trouble. I wonder how long he can continue to make that weight though.Just ****ing ******ed. PBF beats both Cotto and Williams right now. PBF best bet is to fight Williams sooner than later. Once Williams learns how to fight tall and throw his jab with authority it will make him very hard to beat. Right now Williams is very beatable for a very skilled and smart boxer such as PBF. But once Williams learns to fight tall and throw real punches and combos instead of just throwing punches to throw them he could be a lot like Hearns. We all just about saw how Leonard vs. Hearns I went.Comment

What about his style do you mean? I'm with you on the height but right now I don't think his style (basically a high work rate) would give Floyd all that much trouble. I think Floyd could get inside on him because Williams' jab isn't all that great yet IMO.Comment

Thank you actually reading what I wrote.Comment

Height, reach and high workrate. If you look at Floyd's opponents, they don't throw enough punches. They wait until he's up against the ropes and then try to unload some punches.Comment

I'm not sold on Williams yet. He pitty patted his way to a victory over Antonio Margarito (who I still say is overrated). He has no snap in his punches, more like slaps if anything.
Cotto would have no trouble with Williams. Once he gets inside and Williams feels Cotto's power, it's a wrap.Comment

Its so true, ive thought that for a while, guys like Forrest and Williams who are rangy, tall, high-output fighters would give mayweather real problems.Comment

Exactly, I thought I was the only one who thought that too. That jab of his lazy and his output isn't control or organized, he is just throwing punches. He is very beatable!Just ****ing ******ed.
