The man is multi talented. He can even look a fighter in the face and see what he's thinking, most of the time he's right. And he told Lewis before the last round of the first Holyfield fight that he needed to win the last round because he didn't like the look on the judges' faces, good advice, because if Lewis took the round off, he would've lost the decision.

[QUOTE=mrrupo;3098288]andy lee's competition has a 70% win percentage, and only one guy he has fought had a losing record, and andy apologized for fighting him. QUOTE]
Is that true? That guy has instantly gained my respect, I am a fan lol.Comment

i would say that manny is reaching really hard with lee for some reason. i have to say that it is pretty premature right now to say that lee will beat pavlik and be the best middle weight, it's too soon.
nothing wrong with confidence but damn this is becoming borderline ****y......Comment

id say more delusional.. not the least bit sold on andy lee.. he will get horribly exposed..i would say that manny is reaching really hard with lee for some reason. i have to say that it is pretty premature right now to say that lee will beat pavlik and be the best middle weight, it's too soon.

Well he as yet to prove to handle this fighters! He has to beat good opponents to get respect. Maybe then we can talk about a fight against Pavlick. But this talk from Steward so early in Lees career is cheap and that could go over Lees head.Comment

Not every trainer can properly train a fighter right. I think with Harris, Stewart was just training too many fighters at that time and didn't have enough time for him. That's why Harris left Stewart and went with his original team. Not every trainer can train every fighter and make them good, even if they are really talented. Thats why Mike Tyson didn't look good without Kevin Rooney and Taylor looked horrible without Pat Burns. Roy Jones Jr's trainer isn't the most known trainer in the boxing community, and Roy Jones is still Roy Jones.Yeah but then Steward should not talk so mutch bull****!
And Steward made the fight plan, they wanted to be impressive and go for the KO and it almost did happen in round 2 but Pavlick has something that Taylor dont have, guts and heart and he came beack strong and stopped the tired Jermaine. then again, why way Taylor tired so early?? Maybe because of Stewards training tactics! Taylor said hes training different now and with Steward he said he did not train enough for stamina! And if you look closely, it was the same with Harris, who was stopped by Maussa because he was tired and had no good stamina and Klitschko can also not go a high pace, i heard he was even close to collapse when he fought Brewster who eat Wlads punches all night. Steward may be a good trainer for technical standarts, but nor for the conditional parts. Thats how i see it.Comment
