Belive me! I tried defending Butterbean till no end. 40 minutes of back and forth talk but in his screwed image butterbean is a celebrity boxer and not a pro boxer - ****en ridicules. I diffently aggree that butterbean was a pro boxer.

It sounds like you actually just asked, literally, whether he was a professional boxer or not...

If he gets money to fight, then he is professional.

Is he a joke? Yes. I answered it that he isn't a professional because I figured you were phrasing it whether he was a legitimate professional boxer.

I don't know why you would ask a question that has a factual answer...

Hes a former toughman champion trumped up and pushed into the Real world of boxing at the hands of Art Deore (??).

At least former toughman contestants like Morrison and Haugen actually had the stamina and skills to fight past 4 rounds consistantly.

Butterball is like a boxing bear in a circus or State fair.

Well, i tried phrasing it as my co-worker and i had put it. He said, "butterbean is a celebrity boxer.....no he's not a pro boxer." After i had said, "your wrong butterbean is a pro boxer, he may not be the best but he's a pro boxer."

The guy just laughed and kept talking nonsense. He even asked if Butterbean ever fought for a title i told him not for a legit title but he did win a few lower class titles. Then he would say, "yeah hes a celebrity boxer" i just plainly told him that he doesn't know what he is talking about.

This is the same guy who belives that a boxers(not as in style) objective in a fight is to ko his opponet. I disaggreed. That post/poll if probably many pages ago but if you remember that post, i was refering to the same co-worker. He belives he knows boxing but i just don't aggree.

And all this started when i and another co-worker who doesn't really follow boxing or ufc said, "any ufc fighter can beat any boxer." Which then i told him butterbean once beat a ufc fighter of course he lost more then he won if a recall correctly. Funny thing was when i mentioned a prime Mike Tyson he then said, lol, "why you got to use Mike Tyson he's retired." That shut him up for a good while. Mike Tyson still is known as a fearless boxer. Bring Tyson to a party and nobody will even look at you wrong. Oh, i also mentioned how Kermit Cintron challenged a ufc fighter directed at dana white to make the fight and i told him dana white didn't want to take up the challenge. He then says, "whos dana white?" lol. I swear if i don't know about a sport i stay out of it and say nothing of the subject at hand but both my co-works don't know boxing, they may know football but they don't know boxing.

He always seemed to be on the undercard of a Delahoya fight card, i swear the Mexican boxing fans enjoyed seeing butterbean. But he was a pro boxer.

Oh yeah... well in that case, he just needs to grab a ****ing dictionary, because that guy is just plain wrong. The defintion of professional means he is wrong.
