People talk of Dimitrenko like a tune up fight.

I actually think its a 50/50 fight for both fighters. If he fights Dimitrenko thats not a tune up, thats a real fight.

Finally someone said it. This is the second thread I'm reading about Povetkin / Wlad, while Wlad has a unification fight scheduled in less than a month.

How can everyone decommission Ibragimov like that?

Where is the thread should Povetkin fight Sultan, shall he get by Wlad?
And the answer is an obvious "YES"
Ibragimov right after Whitaker would look a lot more competitive in people's eyes than today's Ibragimov, who drew with Austin and is fighting a very cautious style today. You can't fight like that against Wlad, that's a certain way to lose against him. That's why many people, myself included, don't give Ibragimov much of a chance.
