The same week Williams signed to fight with Quintana, Cintron mirraculouslly started calling out fighters & saying his hand was ok? And in that video above he never mentions Williams anymore. Why would he do this if his hand was still in question. Its a fact Williams said he would wait, but he can't wait forever. Cintron always said he wanted to combine the belts, but know wants margirito. I know Margs is a tough fight, but at least apologize to Williams or say you want him later. Cintron crys about everything, seems like unifying the titles isn't in his future anymore. I usually don't say many fighters duck fighters, but this one is pretty blatent to me.

I agree partly with Mr. Rupo, I think Cintron doesn't get the credit he deserves for even considering to fight Williams.

Cintron didn't really want to fight Williams the same reason most others won't fight him, lack of reward. Sure Paul is a threat but the big problem is that he's not a name yet, and even with that Cintron still offered to fight him.

Yea the fight broke down but a fight with Tony is gonna be more interesting at this point (at least to me) because of the weight on Kermit's shoulders, will he avenge his loss? Will he fold again? Basically there might be more money in a Tony fight then a Paul fiight and we all know money talks.

All three parties are talented and like I said before I hope the title picture clears up

Sounds like Freitas. He always cried during post fight interviews.

Cintron did not say his hand was OK. That is completely made up... and when cintron called them out, he never mentioned any time frame, but knew he would be cleared by late spring/ early summer.

And as far as apologizing to Paul Williams, there is no need to... they are still talking about fighting this summer. Goosens current trash talking of cintron is just to build press for the fight. Cintron has always planned on fighting williams later in this summer (which might change because he might get a shot at Cotto - bigger $$, and a belt-, now), but knew that he needed a fight for late spring/ early summer, so he called out Marg. He is not avoiding williams, they're playdate is just postponed.

I think the rolling around against Feliciano was far more embarrassing.

I wouldn't say it to his face though.

Getting your first loss must sting.

Then don't say it at all.

Because Boxing is these guy's life. A lot of fighters cry after big wins. When you dedicate your life to something, and are happy in success or dissapointed in failure...it does trigger emotions...

It just shows passion and dedication for what you do.

exactly. so many people want to question a guys manhood or mental stability when he cries, but that is such BS. not crying, keeping **** inside, is what leads to instability. that being said, if a fighter were to cry when 7-11 was out of their favorite soda, that would be an indications of something weird.
