    Corrie Sanders fights this weekend

On Saturday Feb 2, Corrie Sanders will face Osborne Machimana in South Africa.

Hasim Rahman, who was floored early in his fight with Sanders before coming back to win the fight, says Sanders was the hardest puncher he's ever fought. I think Wladimir Klitschko would say the same.

    Yeah but he's old.

And yeah Wlad would say he has a hard punch. Wlad would also say Brewster has a hard punch, and Brewster would also say that Wlad's punches are supreme. He floored Brewster twice in the first fight, and stopped him with his left hand only in the second.

If anyone talks about that Wlad/Sanders II thing..........please lol.

Wlad would just beat him worse than he did Brewster in the second fight.

I agree, Wlad vs. Sanders II would not be a good idea because Corrie is too old now.

Sanders was one of the most powerful punchers of the past fifteen years, he really tested Vitali's chin too. He had a very aggressive, crowd-pleasing style, although he wasn't highly technically skilled.

Rahman says Sanders hit him the hardest, huh? I guess Lewis completely destroyed his memory with that right hand then.

I don't think I have ever heard a louder punch. That **** was so audible above everything. Rahman is lying. I don't think it's possible to get hit harder than Lewis hit him without your head flying of your neck.

They should create sub-division in all weight categories for fighters who are over 40 and just let them compete with each other. I'd love to watch Sanders vs. Hollyfield, for example.

no doubt sanders had a huge left, and he was also pretty quick with his hands for a hw! shame he is old now, and was always kinda 1/2 hearted into boxing because he had some good assets!

                  oleg messed hasim up too.

                  sanders is too old.

he squandered his talent on being a lazy, part-time fighter.

he finally got his chance when he beat wlad, and what does he do?

takes over a year off and gains 10 lbs on flab for his title bout with vitali.

Had Corrie Sanders had a better trainer and not been from South Africa, no doubt his career would have been much different. As it stands, he is too old, but still a dangerous opponent for almost anyone.
