He wasn't man enough to fight outside of Germany though was he?? He was East German was he not?? The same East Germany that made cheating in atheltics an art form, even proven drugs cheats from the West cannot approach Marita Koch's time of 47.60 for the 400 meters and it was set 23 years ago!!!

Reid beat him fair and square and I'm not a great fan of his. The German keeper Schummacher punched harder than Ottke and proved this by illegally smashing a french player off the ball fracturing his jaw.

The only flaw with that is that, even if you remove the variable of poor judging and corruption, you take no account of the quality of the opposition faced and automatically penalise a fighter that went on too long. By your method, Ottke would there fore appear a better fighter than Sugar Ray Robinson, Ali, Roy Jones etc.
