He's running third behind Barack ***** and Hillary Clinton, just a tad ahead of John Edwards.

He's in the mix for sure. Would like to see him fight a puncher next after Larry Donald, Chris Byrd, and Eddie Chambers, a steady diet of slicksters.

he was getting outboxed by chambers when he actually bothered to do anything but that no disgrace as chambers is very skilled. i could see him do fairly well against peter but i am not that sure if he can win a title yet. he should have another 4-5 fights before fighting for a title.

I say good prospect who needs to be moved slowly. Because I think Klitschko, Peter and Valuev all would be favored to beat him up.

But I maintain.......he's still the best prospect in the HW division and he's a lock for a future HW FOTY type candidate down the road.

I'd also hazard to guess that as he grows older, he'll rely on 1 punch more so than he does now, and he'll be a knockout puncher.

Either that, or he goes to the dark side and starts clinching like Ruiz does. That would mean the FOTY prophecy is negated.

He's a good prospect that's moving along too fast right now. He needs to work on a few things before I give him a chance against Wlad.

true I think he needs to wait a year before going for a title he will be in a much better position then.

He looked bad for the first 4 rounds or so, but then again Chambers made Brock look bad their entire fight. I was impressed with Povetkin's non stop attack and his ability to throw combinations, though I do think he needs to sit on his punches more and concentrate on his defence a bit more sometimes. I don't think he's ready for Wlad just yet, but unless he gets brutally knocked out, a loss wouldn't devastate his career at this point, especially to the best guy in the division.
