Is Max Kellerman a useless fanboy?

When Max Kellerman is commentating, I turn off the sound. Not only does he have eyes like a bug, he is just as annoying as one.

What puzzles me is, how did he ever get the job? He's obviously not suitable for it.

in the jones trinidad fight it was kellerman who pointed out after ledermen gave the first three to trinidad that Jones was landing the cleaner harder shots and that he would gradually take the fight over. it was an astute observation and 100 percent correct, yet he was the only one on air who saw it happening

he didnt show a scorecard, he simply said he didnt see the fight unfolding the way everyone else did. he said jones was landing all the clean hard shots, he was right, they were wrong, jones took over the fight just like kellerman indicated

i dont recall seeing a kellerman scorecard at any point during the fight.

They never show his scorecard. He made the point about how subjective scoring was and how he disagreed with Lederman, that at that point he saw Jones landing all the clean hard shots, which, after three rounds, he was wrong about. I don't remember any mention of "how the fight was unfolding."
