Carlos Rios easily comes to mind. And Hatton was ranked #1 by the WBC at welter at the time of their fight so he fought him and it counted as it.
Come now, Hatton had his two previous fights at light welterweight!

Ranking Hatton at #1 welterweight when he'd only had one pro fight at 147 was just the WBC catering to the whims of their beloved Floyd!

Man, your are ***** for real. I'm glad you have me on your ignore list.
And if Berto is the mandatory for Mayweather at this point, that **** would be ugly.

Yes but this is a sport that is world wide with rules and your opinion does'nt matter. If thats Floyd's mandatory(Which he is)then Floyd should have to fight him. Berto is better than Bruseles, Gatti, Mitchel, Hatton and more than likely Judah. Just admit Floyd has little balls if any and I promise I'll shut up. Until that just go back to stroking Floyds nutless wiener under the blanket after Floyd and you are done playing patty cake you can share this LOL!

Berto isn't better than a lot of the guys you mentioned at least not yet. Also Berto hasnt faced any level of competition with the skills of hatton or judah(even though i think he's slipping) and most of the guys you mentioned, I like berto but your delusional if you think he could get into the ring with PBf at this time in his career and win

What your sayin is laughable. Berto would be lost against Floyd. It would be easy for Floyd. Berto's never fought someone as fast and elusive. He would counter him to death. Berto hasn't fought 12 rounds yet from what I remember. Floyd will not stand in front of him like all of Berto's previous opponents. Judah would give Berto lots of trouble. Everyone from Berto's camp(and Berto himself) knows he aint ready for Floyd.

Andre Berto is good but he ain't ready for none of the welterweight title holders yet.

Yeah. I like Berto too. I'd be pissed if they put him in their with Floyd/Cotto/Paul Williams. Cotto would hurt him badly, and Floyd would just dominate him. Paul would outwork him all night. Berto is a low level contender. He needs to beat a Cintron/Margarito/Judah/Clottey etc. to get a shot.

Thats very funny Mayweather's the only fighter in the world that is in a neverending voluntary stage. When was the last time Floyd fought a mandatory. It's easy to always look good and win when you always get to pick who you fight.
how dare you besmirch the name of Floyd!

                  Actually,
I agree 100% I have been wondering that myself.

                      1. In what does it say that Berto is the mandatory?
                      2. Berto isn't better than Judah(unless proven)
                      3. Floyd has many better options than fighting Berto and I doubt he cares about some damn belt

BTW Your insults are corny as hell, please stop. I won't even answer back there such trash.
