Maybe since Roy Jones has been calling out Oscar, at 157 pounds, I am sure Winky would agree to fight Roy at 157 pounds. That's maybe the fight. If Roy is serious about fighting at 157, then go and show us what you can do with Winky."

too bad for winky, he won't get a big fight. he is too small for middle weights (althought he spanked taylot) and too good for any jr middle. since he tapped taylors ass no one will give him a chance.

Because they both want to fight Oscar at that weight, so hes saying if they are serious about being able to get to that weight (mostly Roy), then fight at that weight and winner gets Oscar.

Yeah it would definitely be in Winky's best interest to have the fight made as low as possible since Jones looked absolutely anorexic at the weigh in vs Tito. But seeing as how Winky is coming off a loss to 42 year old Hopkins, his stock isn't where he'll be dictating much, especially to Jones.
