How about the fight continuing when Abraham was saying no dice?

Ah, that's bull****, to be honest.

He was saying that because he thought that the fight would go to the card. But then he was told that it would go down as a tko, so he fought on.

        Oh... hmm.

I don't speak German so I wasn't aware of that.

I was wondering how they forced a guy who didn't want to fight to continue.

Still though, I do find it concerning that most of the Euro countries give out 6 or 7 even rounds a fight, which allows them to make any round even, and then they can give the rounds that they want to the fighter that they are going to try to make win.
These couple years Euro fighters have done good, but don't make them all out to be great. The Euro explosion at one time was getting attention in the early 90s because of Nigel Benn, Lennex Lewis and Chirs Eubank but Gerald McCellen all but blasted through Benn that in the states or in Europe today that fight gets stopped in the first round. Ottke is a fighter that most everybody thought of as a joke because of his opponets he chose to defend against. But, i do aggree Roy avoided Michalski and i'd also say Collins who was after him and after a Roy fight went up to Roy while being interviewed and Roy couldn't even look at Collins in the eye. Fighters like Roy and Floyd as great as they are don't like to test there skills to the fullest, too bad Roy is willing to fight anybody as of today instead of in his prime.

Yeah.. basically he realized that he wouldn't be getting the decision if he chose to quit.

With all the points Miranda had deducted, the decision was reasonable, and the referee (Randy Neumann) is from New Jersey.

I think that varies from country to country, and that Germany is one of the better ones. Just recently for example Cunningham was rightfully ahead of Huck in points when many of the rounds appeared to be close. One place I would never send an American fighter is Italy. The officiating there is outrageous.

France seems to be a bit off also.

                    It hosted Ramirez-Whitaker I.
