He's ducking the legacy defining fights, for a fight that means absolutely nada! Yes, it benefits him financially, but thats about it. Nobody is going to give him praise, or a pat on the back for beating a part-time fighter/promoter for a second time.Comment

Ducking makes me think of being scared.
Floyd is not scared of welterweights, he just likes money, more than his legacy.
I don't get it though, because he already so much money, and so little legacy (to compare with other ATGs).Comment

REAL boxing fans like Dios, SonofIsis, and anyone with "Skilz" or a variant of the word in their name know that money n da bank is more important than legacy. Especially for those that are in no way financially dependent on Floyd.Comment

I dont think that he's scared of the top welters, as much as he is of losing his 0. Each and every single top WW can pose a threat to that oh so precious 0 of his, and he knows that.Comment

That's a good point, he should focus on cementing his legacy and fighting the weltweights that are around at this point, he'll still make decent money and nobody would be able to say he fought washed up or small fighters, but he's not doing that.Comment
