i noticed that to he looked more healthy. and sharper than some of his early fights

Boytsov was scheduled to fight another prospect with an undefeated record and a high KO percentage, but that opponent pulled out less than a week before the fight.

They had to find an opponent on short notice and Connelly was available.

I hope his back problems are over, he could bring some excitement into the HW division for sure. But like Soprano says, there are plenty of stepping stones out there to build a name, he's got to step up.

His style works for him and it would probably just confuse him and be to hard to make a fundamental style change at this point in his career. Changing things that he's been doing since he began boxing.

I'd like Boytsov to fight some veteran American journeymen now, such as Lawrence, Bostice, Barrett, Hawkins, or Guinn.

True its i think the peek a boo style would fit him better when he goes against good tall opponents, but he still looks very good hopefully he will start fighting some good fighters. Its good to see a few young prospect coming through.

Some people think Boytsov should fight at cruiserweight, because he's a bit small for a heavyweight.

But he's about the same size as Ibragimov and Chambers, who both have been doing well..
