Oscar is just getting older and floyd now has more confidence in his power at the higher weights. Floyd will win again easily.

        Muy bien points Diego Morales.

The greedy establishment only cares about fleecing the public wiht BS fixed fights where everyone already knows the outcome instead of building up Cott, Williams and Margarito who all three would destroy floy and oscar RIGHT NOW.

ignore all the interviews, all the 24/7s al the bait of floy/oscar

PFP#1 fighter in the game right now wants a rematch with a promoter/part-time boxer. What a shame! Cotto or go home!

            Hey ****boy. READ!

It wouldn't matter how many tunes-up bouts took place, Leonard Ellerbe, close friend and adviser to Floyd Mayweather Jr., says Oscar De La Hoya (38-5, 30KOs) will not win a rematch. To prepare for the September rematch, De La Hoya plans to stage a tune-up bout in May.

"That's fine," Ellerbe told writer Dan Rafael. "Oscar can do whatever he wants to do. He can't beat Floyd anyway. It wouldn't matter if he took four tune-up fights."

Mayweather wants the rematch. It makes the most financial sense for him.

"This obviously makes the most sense for us, so this the fight that we're going to do. We're very comfortable with the deal."

Can they really make this rematch considering how almost all boxing fans are against it?

Yeah, all boxing fans think this fight is ****** but all Mayweather stans love the fight, another easy victory to pad to the "legacy"? Which brings me to the question if Mayweather retired would his fans even watch boxing?

If its profitable for HBO, then they can give 2 ****s who's against it. Its really a shame. Boxing has turned into...."Who can i make the most fighting". Floyd said it himself "I'm not fighting to prove who's the best"

Floyd should tell Ellerbe to shut up before enough people listen and realize he is telling the truth. That won't help Mayweather's cut of the PPV's for this unnecessary and unwanted rematch.
