Pavlik is the only fight that would seriously enhance his credibility amongst US fans.

When he beats Hopkins people will just rubbishing it as any kind of achievement, same with RJJ and even Taylor in a way.

Pavlik is the US equivalent of Kessler. A fearless unbeaten fighter with a big reputation. It would be an awesome way to go out if Calzaghe could do it.

If Americans spent less time brainwashing their children into always saluting the flag and ****ting on all other countries, and more time actually TEACHING their children worthwhile things about life, then we might one day get a sensible discussion about a British fighter and an American fighter.
