tito will nver make it to 154, its way to much for him to go down. if he gets serious he'll probably fight at 168, but he needed alot of condition work.
jones was just too big for him.
but i think most would like to see him fight again.

That's a great matchup of styles. And both guys are at that same fork in the road in their respective careers. Both want a big fight but nobody wants either of them. Forrest has recently taken aim at everyone from De La Hoya to Mayorga for not wanting to fight him. Wright is an afterthought to most Champions right now.

Their styles match up perfectly and they're probably the only 2 guys in the sport right now willing to face one another.

Forrest has pulled a 180. Have you guys heard the way hes talking these days? Really unlike his self. Saying he would break Mayorgas neck and "kill him". Yeah right Forrest lol. Calling Oscar a ***. He doesnt seem to be on a big fighters radar. As Mayorga fan tho, With that kind of talk I know its only a matter of time before Ricardo caves in and makes the fight.

What fighter doesnt walk heavier than thier weight class? Dont sleep on Trinidad hes solid, he was in a no win situation last night. A former Welterweight champ vs a former Heavyweight champ. And didnt even get stopped.

Vernon's pissed, it's just that simple. Normally speaking he's one of the most forthright, calm and caring fighters I've ever seen. But he's frustrated, and I think it's justifiable. The comments about Oscar I completely agree with (aside from the slur), he's pissed that he's sinched up Mayweather for a second time when there's other guys who should get a crack at him like Cotto, Mosley or even Williams.

The comments about Mayorga are on a personal level I feel. Ricardo Mayorga derailed a sure-fire hall of fame career for Forrest. Had Mayorga not beaten him so badly twice, Forrest would be sitting somewhere on the top 100 list at this point in time. Couple that with his shoulder injuries that also derailed him for a while and he's just angry, and I feel it.

He wored very hard to get to the to pand Mayorga just blasted him off the throne, then he spent years on the comeback from his various shoulder injuries and now he's finally at the point where he once was in terms of being all there, and guess what? Nobody wants to fight him.

You also have to take into account Miranda can't fight going backwards, and Tito always comes forward. So that makes it a closer fight in my view.

Yeah no doubt about it. Forrest was a great talent and after the Mosley beatings the boxing world took notice. Not to metion a good guy. But Ive always said this a Prime Ricardo Mayorga was straight dangerous. It was just bad luck for Forrest I guess. But Mayorga did **** him up on a personal level and professionally. The hate of Forrest is real. But for Forrest to be bitter this many years later isnt good for him, Mayorga is still in his head. He could beat a lot of fighters but he should stay away for Oscar and Mayorga.

It would be a good fight, no doubt about it. Prolly a slug fest. But I think RJJ hits harder and has better handspeed.
