Just wrote HBO regarding thier decision to approve Gomez!

As a paying Customer and boxing fan, I am extremely excited that the powers that be would approve such a match of this Historic momentous to the sport of boxing, and especially at a time of the sport where when we are at a crossroads of wheater we are a dying sport or not.
This is exactly what the sport needed right now, two of the top Two Welter Weight in the sport of boxing, fighting it out to proved who is the best and doing it to bringing more fans to the sport...

I can not wait for this fight to happen, but my only question is why is this not on PPV because I wouldnt mind paying for it and I am sure that at least 1million people would pay for it too just like they do for all the other Miguel Cotto fights. This decision to broadcast this fight is a brilliant one; and I for one support this fight whole heartily, and I hope that everyone else is excited about this fight as I am. Thank You HBO for caring about boxing…

Miguel Cotto definetly deserves an easy tune-up fight in light of his recent tough wins over Judah and Mosley... Gomez will surely be KO'D early, but I see him offering a game and entertaining fight while he's still concious...
