i realize the obvious money issues, i'm just saying that from a boxing enthusiast standpoint.. If PBF can get away with giving us Nothing, then Cotto shoudln't be too heavily criticized. Especially since Cotto tried to get the fight with Mayweather. But I think general consensus is that PBF is just trying to let interest in a PBf/Cotto fight build, so that when he does sign it the PPV is through the roof

When you're considered the pfp best in the sport, people tend to hold you to a highter standard, which they rightfully should. Dont call yourself the best in the game, yet dont care to fight the best!

yeah rather than taking on a game tough fighter like Gomez Cotto should just languish in inacitvity for the next 13 months until he can land a fight for a pay-per-view. What is his management thinking? Setting the example that top boxers should actually box frequently on TV.
