I will give him props for going straight to a Marg fight. That would mean he may only get 2 fights this year.

Thats what I thought too, but the Gomes fight would be on April 26 and the Cotto/Margo fight would be May 3. Thats only a week apart, doesnt make that much difference on the schedule.

No way in a hell a boxer in this day and age would fight 2 weeks apart unless they were just starting out. That seems HIGHLY unlikely. As a matter of fact, if Cotto were to do this he would quickly become one my favorite fighter. WON'T HAPPEN.

I think he meant it won't make a big difference in the date, it's only a few days a part different.
