The question was has Hopkins beaten any world-class fighters his own size. Johnson and Tarver were both undisputed light heavyweight champions (Johnson was even rated fighter of the year 2004) at one time so yeah, I think they are world-class.

The question wasn't 'were they in their prime?' or 'how many losses they have?'.

Does that mean Castillo is world-class?

I feel that Sheika beat Lacy in thier very close fight. He even had him hurt. so that makes JC's resume look even weaker.

Also BHOP was the only one to ever KO Glen. He gave the first and only KOs to Tito and ODLH too, so wht if they used to be welters, if they won you wouldn't be saying that.

Sorry to vent but I hate everyones bias about who fighters fought and BS reasons why they won or lost, They were coming up in weight, they were weight drained, they were washed up, they wern't experienced yet.... The fighter who still won! WON, give them respect for it. Getting in the ring with P4P fighters no matter what weight class is tough & in BHOPs case I think KOing Tito, ODLH, Glen, & decsioning Tarver & Winky, all while having the middleweight belt for as long as he did is a great accomplishment. Ya'll have no respect.

no, but you mentioned his losses

Glen Johnson is world class....he won the RING light heavyweight championship and is ranked as a top light heavy and has fought every one and there momma

Didnt Gene Tunney play the race card? ..

Hopkins is the most overrated fighter in boxing right now. His resume is a joke.
