I take your point. But weren't Tarver and Wright top 5 p4p fighters when Hopkins handed them their asses?

Hopkins is top 10 IMO. Atleast top 15.

He lost to Taylor twice but went on to beat two p4p top ranked opponents in a row.

Tarver had lost 2 of his last 5 fights, I doubt it. Fighting Wright 16 pounds above the weight where he last won a title doesn't mean a whole lot in my book, especially when you have to headbutt the hell out of him to win.

Tarver had been number 10 in 2003 and 2004 and Wright was top 3 in 2005 and 2006 according to the Ring magazine.

I wouldn't rank him there but why not have 1-10 where he is on most media lists. Seems like you're trying to make a point with your poll.

Last time I checked, Hopkins didn't fight Tarver (whose p4p rating was based soley on beating a way past it RJJ) in 2003 OR 2004.

And if the Wright victory 16 pounds above where he last won a title is so great, then I suppose if Paul Williams beats Manny Pacquiao at 147, that makes Paul a top 3 p4p?

Yeah, it shouldn't have started with #15 on down. I thought it was an all time list when I saw that.
