If they were ever in the same weight class and fought that would have been the greatest amalgamation of skill in one ring in a long time.

Floyd has cleaner technique but Roy has the better 'skills', period. He can spot the openings and exploit them like no other.

I seriously think he took on those bums and didn't finish them because of the Mclellan incident. You can even hear him saying that he doesn't want to hurt anyone after alot of his interviews post Montell Griffin. He lost that edge and that killer instinct.

I still view him as one of the best natural fighter's the sports ever seen.

In a classic boxing sense he rips apart Roy when it comes to technique.

But boxing is a different sport. Sometimes the guys with the best technique dont always win. Especially in the pro game.

floyds defense is his shoulder roll and lateral movement

roys defense was reflexive foot movement

These two are always grouped together because they were without a doubt the top of the p4p list in their respective primes.

co-sign. He throws combo's and thats where the real skill in boxing is. Not this ***** **** throw one punch at a time and then slip the punch.
