I might get flamed for this, but I really think If they were to head butt, Hopkins would be the one getting hurt. The way I see it, Calzaghe always goes in with his head down, and he is shorter than Hopkins, so if they were to clash, Calzaghe would hit him with the top of his head, while Hopkins, who is taller could get hit somewhere in the face.
