Is Hopkins too street for Calslappy?

I got worse trying to jump the gate at my apartment complex. Moral of the story, the Hopkins that all his stans are posting videos of saying thats what he'll do to Calzaghe is not the same BHOP of today. I dont doubt that he can win, but I do doubt that he will hurt Calzaghe or even knock him out. Trying to win by headbutt will do nothing for BHOP's credibility.

The thread is about him being "street." You might be very right about Calzaghe winning the fight, but to say Hopkins is a Cabbage patch doll or whatever is laughable. He gets down and dirty.

I'm no hopkins "stan" by any means, I think it will be a very tough fight, but I think he's got a good shot even at age 43. Calzaghe definitely has the edge, but I think Hop pulls it off some how, some way. Just my opinion.

Are hopkins fans actually proud of nards dirty tactics?! I mean i could understand why your fans of him, the guy is really a great boxer but to be proud of his headbutts and other dirty tricks that i dont understand.

Most of his "dirty tactics" are warranted (like against Echols) and the headbutt was unintentional against Winky. I respect the guy cuz of his accomplishments, his great boxing skills, what he does outside the ring, his great conditioning/nutrition, etc. Dirty tactics though is and always has been a part of boxing and every good fighter has their own tricks up their sleeves.

Calzaghe does hold and hit like hopkins, he throws on the belt line and his chin is mostly down on the infight. So it won't be easy being dirty for Hopkins, Calzaghe is no child either.

This is such an understated point. Winky did almost enough, Hop didn't really do anything impressive in that fight.
