I know. That's like Trinidad losing to Jones then coming back for one more farewell bout against Mayorga.

Or Vitali returning for a farewell vs Danny Williams

Who cares if Fana got that ****** IBF belt.
Barrera easily knocked this BUM out in 2 rounds....two ****in' rounds..
If Floyd was to fight...let say Gatti for the IBA belt, you know damn well people would be hating on him.

Floyd is not coming off two losses and at the end of his career. Fana has actually won a belt and defended it a few times, even though they were against lousy opponents. Im not crazy for this fight, but considering Marco wants a farewell fight and wants to leave boxing with a win, why not pick up a title belt while hes on his way out and a decent guy that he most probebly will beat again.

and look on the bright side...this fight is better than Barrera retiring with no fight at all, and at least Fana will lose the IBF belt and hopefully he will be replaced by someone a little better.
**** better not be ppv though.

I doubt this is gonna be Barrera's last fight. The guy loves boxing too much.
Butwouldn't it be better if he fights a boxer he hasn't beaten before?
He said he wants to fight in Mexico for his farewell fight right?.
Edwin Valero is the perfect guy for him.
This guy got the belt, undefeated, and can fight in mexico.
I'm sure Edwin Valero would love to fight him.
Or why not moved up to lightweight and fight David Diaz.
That way he can retire as the first Mexican to win 4 titles in different division.
These will make him look better than fighting a guy he knocked in 2 rounds again in my opinion.
