Tell me who Taylor has proven himself against at 168 first pal.
He struggled with guys who came up from 154 for starters.

Is it safe to say, you don't have a name? Ok. So now let's really look at Cal-Z's opponents. His best opponent has never beaten anyone as good as Jermain Taylor. True? SO wouldn't that make avlik a good opponent for Cal-Z?

Are you trying to say Kessler has a ****ty career & no wins?
Just because you are american and the 168 division has been ruled by europeans you've never heard of because you don't watch fights ootside america?
I don't need tae give names you should already know pal.
That is if ye are a true Boxing fan.
You'd also realise the ****e you are spoutin'.

Possibly 2 , Tito at a push and Taylor who beat him.
And ye forget that 90% of fight fans predicted Lacy to wipe Joe oot until wee joe spanked him and destroyed the myth and took his soul.
If wee Joe had nae spanked Lacy he would still be knocking guys oot.'
              Joe broke the guy.
Funny how so many people ignore this fight noo.
I hope Joe does fight Pavlik because he will beat him too.
As for the Hopkins fight its 5 years too late but that is Hopkins fault for going back and doubling his demands.
Have you seen Jeff Lacy fight? Did you see him fight Peter Fatfredo? He's not good, unfortunately there is no credit in beating this man. He was hyped up by his own promotion team. The reality behind Lacy's hype is exposed everytime he sets foot in a ring.

You are trying to tell me that Taylor is a better win than Kessler right?

Wha? No. Shouldn't of said anything Phil. That is so sad. You're touting a resume you don't even know. There is no fighter in that resume better than Taylor. Deal with it.

Some good credit for beating an able Kessler. He looked good in the ring. Decent power, hand speed, footwork and defense. I can't name anyone else with these same credentials cal has fought. I'm not saying Calzaghe isn't an excellent fighter, but we'll never be sure just how good he is b/c he doesn't fight enough Kessler caliber fighters.

ye are an ignorant wee fanny.
Go back on this very forum and dig out all the pre Lacy Calzaghe fight predictions.
Perhaps you were no watching boxing back then I dunno' ?
Calzaghe gave Lacy a beating that was so complete he destroyed the wee mans confidence forever.
Afore the Calzaghe fight he was KO'ing guys who were better than that bum Manfredo was he no?
                      Revisionist fool.
