i can't see anyone at 147 beating him, even Cotto. I think Cotto goes the same way as Hatton, but maybe survives the 12 rounds.

The only time i think MW could lose is if he gets crazy and goes to 154 or something.

not just smarter, but also be able to make adjustments during the fight, because probably the first few tricks u try on floid will fail. if floid adjusts to your style u'll have to keep outhinking him
