Leonard did not rematch any of them (except Duran and Hearns until years later when they were all old and shot and hte fights wre meaningless, but provided a lot more cash than more dangerous opponents such as Nunn or McCallum.).

Leonard used his star power big time in negotiatons against TWO of those 4 ATG.

So yeah you can compare Leonard to Jones and Mayweather all you want. In fact he is the first of the current breed of boxer-businessmen.

Leonard beat Hagler decisively? ridiculous. The only deciisve thingin hat fight was that Leonard decided he would never share the ring with Hagler again. In fact, in one of the greatest ***** moves in the history of boxing he came back to boxing only after Hagler retired and stopped calling for a rematch.

In a 12 rounder, who would have won Leonard-Hearns? That's ho decisive it was. Great peformance (my favorite from Leonard), but a come from behind KO in round 14 is not exactly decisive.

Benitez was cut, and clearly fighting different than usual. (This is the one where I think Leonard would have surely won the rematch anyways)

With Duran it would have been a rubber match, but the NO MAS move probably took most money out of the fight.
