Yes Roy took alot of heat for having a Belt fetish. He cared more about his belts then the actual opponents and what they had to offer. So Floyd doing the opposite of that is a bad thing? Floyd could have fought Mark Suarez (ever heard of him?) if it was up to the IBF. After he won the IBF belt from Judah, that's the guy they wanted him to fight and he vacated the belt.

Don't get all technical on me. Yes he was banned for a year and Suarez was the mandatory. Floyd vacated and Suarez and Cintron fought for it immediately. And yes there was Judah again, which means Floyd had no future with the IBF.
