To the Floyd Critics Regarding Delahoya-Mayweather 2

Why are some of you pissing and moaning about this fight like it's us the floyd fans responsible for this?

Not only do most of you denegrade Floyd as a fighter but more importantly as a PPV attraction. The first Delahoya-Mayweather fight did only so well because of Oscar right? The Hatton-May fight did well because of Ricky right?

So if that is true then all you Floyd critics should keep away from the remote control on May 3rd 2008 and save your 55 dollars and this fight won't be nearly as big as it was last year.

Surely it can't be us delusional Floyd nuthuggers who will be responsible if this fight is successfull again and get both Oscar and Floyd paid alot of $$$$.
Will I as a Floyd fan order this fight if it happens? Absolutely, because I can afford it. I've blown a 100 dollars on alot of other ****** things (restaurants, strip clubs, hookers,) so 55 aint a big deal.

But nonetheless, it's not us Floyd fans who make floyd do what he does, making him successfull, it's you haters. He cashes off you guys being mad at him and your desire to see him get beat. Most of you guys bite every time and end up disappointed crying about it the next day. If this fight is anything close to what it was the first time Event wise/PPV wise.......you people, the ones who are complaining are the ones to blame yourselfs. Surely there can't be that many nuthuggers out there, otherwise Floyd could sell out arenas all on his own performing in front of his own fanbase without a bigtime opponent who has a following of his own.

    Think About it.

Why wouldnt a real boxing fan want to see 2 of the greatest fighters of the era fight each other? Alot of Floyd haters claim that Oscar won the fight & Floyd was running. So why are they so against giving Oscar another chance? I believe a 2nd fight will answer alot of the accusations.

I think it's because people would rather see Cotto, Mosley, Williams or Margarito than Oscar..

He may be the best pound for pound but not the best welterweight because he hasn't fought any welterweight out there.

If Floyd is such a huge PPV draw why doesnt he sit back and defend his belts against #1 contenders who earned the shot. Isnt that how Floyd got where he is today? I think Oscar deserves a rematch since it ws he who gave Floyd the opportunity, but all Im saying is let real contenders also have a shot. Isnt that the point of having a ranking system and belts?

Roy Jones defended his belts for years vs mandatory challengers etc and he did it in an entertaining way, and made plenty of money..he got crap for it but you cant say he didnt fight the contenders that were out there at the time.

floyd doesn't need to end up like roy fighting garbage men and taxi cab drivers. ricky hatton was ranked #1 by the wbc when he faced floyd

The thing is people do want to see Floyd get tested and some would want to see how great he really is by taking on Cotto. He's already beaten ODLH and people were probably just hoping for something new. That's the case with me anyways, but I'm still looking forward to this fight.

I always go and watch Anthony Mundine fights at the pub or buy them myself in the hope that one of the bums he fights gets a lucky punch and sends him down to the ground.

Yes Roy took alot of heat for having a Belt fetish. He cared more about his belts then the actual opponents and what they had to offer. So Floyd doing the opposite of that is a bad thing? Floyd could have fought Mark Suarez (ever heard of him?) if it was up to the IBF. After he won the IBF belt from Judah, that's the guy they wanted him to fight and he vacated the belt.

Yayyyyy, Floyd can fight Oscar again, heck maybe Sweet Pea is available, I'm sure he'd probably give Floyd a better fight, even now.

No sense in giving the boxing public, that paid Floyd 50 million dollars last year for two fights, a fight they really want to see, like FMJ/Cotto.

Another meaningless fight with a waaaaaaay past it DLH so Floyd can keep claiming he's the greatest of all time without actually trying to prove it. Weeeeeeeeeeeee.
