    Does Timing always beat Speed?

    A few examples:

    Taylor vs Chavez
    Judah vs Tszyu
    Jones vs Tarver
    Taylor vs Pavlik
    Judah vs Mayweather
    Mosley vs Forrest

Most of the time. What good is speed if your opponent predicts your moves? There's always exceptions though.

I think its more correct to say that Timing CAN beat speed. We saw Kessler lose to Calz, he was able to time Calz with a few uppercuts but Calz caught on a bit and used his superior handspeed to pull off the win.

"Always" means 100% and of course I can't buy that, but Tszyu-Judah is an excellent example of when it does.

Like In The Chavez Taylor Fight, Taylor Was Like Grease Lightning But His Punches Were'nt As Hard As They Could Have Been. Chavez Hits Were Very Accurate And Hard, But Slow. At The End Taylor Was Dropped And Looked Beaten Up. Imo, The More Accurate And Harder Puncher Combined Will Beat A Faster Puncher

DLH-PBF , DLH was timing his punches well, he beat PBF to the punch a lot of times, but Floyd's speed was too much for him towards the end. Also Kessler-Mundine, I think Mundine is faster than Kessler, but you can see what Kessler did to him with timing.

I was going to give this as an example as well. That was all about impeccable timing.

95% of the time it beats speed. Anything can happen in a fight.
