Arum is trying to antagonize PBF, just plain and simple. PBF is not a coward, a coward wouldn't have been fighting so high above his natural weight. PBF must've given up 15-20lbs to DLH and even being out of his prime and probably no longer elite he still looked sharp (early on) and he is still a high caliber opponent.

Giving up 15-20lbs against any top caliber opponent is a dangerous proposition.

If i was Mayweather i would not fight a fighter who listed as last 3 opponents 36 year old Mosley, Zab "shot and fighting wednesday nights" Judah and Gomez. I just wouldn't.
