When did you first hear of Witter?????

Exactly... he is Nobody... and has been nobody for a long time..

yet he has been pestering and pestering Hatton for years...

He needs to build his own fame and fan base.. and stop trying to live off of Hatton's name..

Hatton is behaving no differently Than Floyd Mayweather.. or ANY Boxer who Has a NAME.. being called out by a nobody

too much of a risk. witter is dangerous, esp with a fighter with the style of hatton. team hatton knows that, and so does he.

Ok, gotcha. I have seen a few of Witter's fights and he's not bad. I am not a huge fan of his though.

Everyone keeps mentioning him for Hatton and I was curious to why Hatton is ignoring him, is all.

It would seem this way. I think Witter is definitely good. I would love to see them fight and Witter has not lost in years.

Just wondering why Hatton's chops aren't being busted for ignoring him when many believe him to be one of the best out there.

i believe hatton had no reason 2 fight witter he was always the bigger name but i think hatton probaly needs witter now
i think hatton would win but if he avoids the fight theres going to be never ending conversations about how he 'ducked' witter

That status is one of Ricky's big selling points, and also something he takes great pride in. To lose it would be crushing.
I truthfully believe this is a major factor.

This is boxing and people have the right to call out whoever they want, Especially when the guy is considered the champ and you are the number one guy in the division.
