I actually think a Tito ko of jones is quite possible. It all depends how shot you think JR is, and how hard it will be for Jones to make weight.

I for one think Jones is a shot/nearly shot fighter, and from what I've gathered he has had much difficulty coming down to 170.

more importantly:
Jr's jaw is glass, his feet have slowed, and he has an alarming penchant for backing into the ropes. He simply doesn't know how to fight properly without the footspeed and lightning reflexes he had when he was younger. Only hand speed is left.

Jones risks getting knocked out every time he steps in ring period. Unless Trinidad has zero power at 170, it could happen.

Yeah but betting on a punchers chance is not a very wise bet.

Roy Jones has a bigger punchers chance and he has also been more active in the past years and has beaten some decent competition in his last two fights.

Tito might get that one last left hook in but anyone who bets on Trinidad in this fight must be a Tito fan. The odds are heavily stacked against him.

I think this fight is going to be entertaining.

Many people are talking **** about it, but watch it be a great fight that many will miss LIVE.

If Tito losses, he probaly will retire again, but the dude brings money to the table.. If he wins.. Who will he fight?


A rematch with Winky is pointless.. He should avoid WInky. As well as Hopkins, but who knows?

First time I've ever heard a trinidad fan say he should not fight Winky or Bernard again. Wow. Awesome.

I'm looking foward to the fight. I was worried at first because Jones only has his handspeed now, but seeing Tito take all those jabs from Winky reminds me that Winky didn't have the best legs in the world to beat him. Insted of the jab that pops Tito all night, it'll either be the right straight or the left hook all night. It'll be good.

One thing I don't hope to see though is after Tito takes a beating or is losing badly, I don't want to see his father be like "It's ok. You're winning the fight. Just keep doing what you're doing!"
