So Roy did not win the Heavyweight crown...just a paper belt.
It was a good achievement but not equal to Fitzimmons who beat the real HW champ.
Anyone who thinks Roy was the Heavyweight World Champion needs their head testing.

Ruiz wasn't a bum, his style was horrible and he diden't do anything spectacular, but he had some good wins at heavyweight. Any fighter who is ranked in the top 10 in the world can't be considered a bum.

If your looking for "Bums" look at any Chavez Jr or Vanes Martirosyan opponent.

Roy Jones dominated Ruiz and it was a great win for Jones, definitely his best win since Toney.
