That doesn't work that way, Mosley looked amazing against Collazo in the fight before, he dominated collazo and made him look slow, and Collazo was a very respected welterweight contender. Mosley stepped up to the occasion and lost a close fight and Cotto showed he's elite. If he can beat Mayweather or not is another question, I think it would be a close fight in which I would lean towards Mayweather, but at 147 he does not stop Miguel Cotto.
