I'd love to see it in England. Would be interesting to see with a fair ref. The only problem is Floyd had Hatton's style figured and Hatton did exactly what Floyd said he would. But you could tell Floyd didnt like that kind of pressure on him.

WAR HATTON!!!
(though I still predict Floyd wins)
agree if Ricky was Ricky but just bigger than Floyd, like Oscar sized. He'd have a decent chance to win. But he isn't so he doesn't. I think Floyd loses when he just fights a pressure fighter who is too big.
People always write Re-matches off these days when in the past they were part & parcel of boxing.
Interesting.
Also worth noting, though, is that fighting more than once a month was part and parcel of boxing in the past.
If, as the generations pass, the 'modern boxer' has to fight progressively less and less over the course of a career, it makes sense that we see far fewer rematches of fights that were pretty much settled unequivocally first time around.
Why did Ricky Hatton lose the first fight?
a) Referee Joe Cortez
b) It was at 147, not 140
c) Ricky isn't close to being as good a fighter as Floyd Mayweather
d) Both A & B
I just wonna see a fare fight! I aint saying Mayweather wasnt and isnt the better fight I just wonna see a fare fight, Cortez ***ed it up for Ricky period, All ya can hear from the prick Ricky this Ricky that...The forarm in the neck all night long not a wrod said...I wonna see this fight again and in England..
